Responsibility:
1、Respecting the standards, overall results of the assigned process segment in terms of quality (capability), service level, wip, transformation costs
2、Pursuing and assuring the continuous improvement of system performance according to the priorities agreed through use of the methodological instruments and support to professional families, involvement of resources in base teams, the suitable application of the bonus and incentive schemes, and the professionalization of worker roles,
3、Participating with the maintenance resources through the activities of tpm (auto-maintenance) with the objectives of improving efficiency of the assigned means,
4、Defining the training operations and the professional growth of the resources for which he/she is responsible.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in welding
2、Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
3、Strong project management skills
4、Mature, objective judgment to develop solutions for specific problems
